1. You need 150 g of yogurt greco bianco 0% grassi.
2. You need 100 g of fragole.
3. You need 20 g of zucchero.
4. You need 1/2 of limone.

1. Lavare le fragole e tagliarle a pezzettini..
2. Metterle in un pentolino a fiamma media per circa 10 minuti.
3. Aggiungere lo zucchero e il succo di mezzo limone.
4. Mescolare finché lo zucchero non si scioglie completamente.
5. In una ciotola mescolare lo yogurt con la composta di fragole.
6. Inserire dapprima lo stecco nelle apposite formine e poi riempire con il composto.
7. Riporre in congelatore per almeno 24 ore.
